What are the terms of employment mentioned in your employment agreement with the said company. Is there anything specifically mentioned with regard to termination of services? Please provide a copy of the same and thereafter future course of action can be decided.

Dear Client,
You will be solely governed by the teams of the agreement and as far as your termination is concerned, it is a settled principal of law that if a person is terminated after his probation & if found unsatisfactory he can be terminated with immediate effect.
However you are advised to contact us so that if any other possibility is there we can help you out with the same. Feel free to contact.
Regards,
Tushar Bahadur,

Is such circumstances when something is internal you should not bothered about any thing. Your owner has not given you any type of warning by writing. First of all you should ask them to communicate every thing by writing. If they send you notice they automatically ask you to resign within a month. If they are not doing so you should send him legal notice.
Thanks...
