I AM WORKING IN A CENTRAL GOVT DEPT. I RESIGNED ON 29.11.2019. MY RESIGNATION WAS ACCEPTED ON 06.03.2020. I PROCEED ON MEDICAL LEAVE ON 03.03.2020. in case you are still In possession of the said property of your employer and the same is on working condition, you can send an email to the concerned officer requesting him to take back the said property on any date assigned by him and you can also mention in the said email the date and time when you went to return the said property and it was not taken back.

Q: How to get someone bailed in this lockdown?
My relative had been put inside the jail on 14 days remand because he missed the date on which he had to present front of Judge and Now in this lockdown, His bail got canceled and It is being said that he can get bail, Only if lockdown gets removed. He has two small daughters and a wife they are helpless.What can we do to get him bailed?He comes under 10 years sentence if proves.Please respond to me asap. Thanks
