I am a 21-year-old single teacher, currently working as a coaching tutor. I have developed feelings for one of my students who is 14 years old, and she reciprocates these feelings. My caste is Hindu Brahmin, and hers is Hindu ST. My query is, can a teacher marry his student in India, and what are the implications under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in this situation?

you cannot marry a minor girl in any case. You can marry your student only when she attains majority. as you have rightly mentioned in your query that your student is hardly 14 years of age, therefore you will have to wait for another 4 years before you can get married to her.

You must have signed an employment agreement with the company that you are working with. As you have mentioned that you have been working in the said organisation for the last three years whereby you must be a permanent employee and therefore you have full rights to demand the salary slip from your employers.
