In the start of tenancy, tenant paid only two months rent and after 6 months 2 months rent. Agreement is on monthly rent basis and period is only 11 months. Tenant is not paying rent inspite of reminders and of advice to vacate the house. I want my house for my own occupation immediately. What to do? Rule is that, one should approach only Hon'ble courts but nowhere else. Should one innocent bear all losses? Tenant will not pay rent but the owner has to bear expenses residing somewhere paying hefty rent. Will these hon'ble courts order eviction within a week of suit?

Dear Sir/Madam, we have filed for a mutual consent divorce. The first hearing is over and we appealed for an advance hearing since myself, woman leaving with my daughter to another country for higher studies. The final hearing date has been given by the mediation court but not finalized yet. Meanwhile my travel date is approaching and court has holidays going on now. My father took A 40k loan, a decade ago, from an individual for an exorbitant Rate of interest. He for the purpose of getting the money, which he was in immediate need of, gave the land document, the only property he had, to that lender. Now I wish to construct a house in that land and doesn't know any details about the lender or his whereabouts. My father too couldn't trace him and is in no mind to repay that 40k fearing that any attempt to contact the lender would land us in trouble and we might be forced by him or his henchmen to pay the huge unfair interest. How should I proceed to retrieve those documents. I have color xerox of those old documents with me now. My father says that we could lodge a police complaint saying that we lost the original documents and get duplicate documents. Will it lead to any issues in the future. I need original documents to get a bank loan. How should I get the documents? Please help me.
