Husband family abusing me physically and needs dowry

i got married in 2020 and have an 1 year old daughter. before marriage, my husband family dont have any demands(money,dowry..). After marriage , they started asking my entire salary(i m earning more than my husband) and needs my jewels under their custody. They wants all household things(AC,Washing mc..) and forcing me to buy a flat but that should be registered in my husband's name. But i need to pay housing loan. My husband is too aggressive ,and beating me like hell if i talk anything against their family. I have my dependent mother as my father passed away long back. They dont want me to take care of my mother , i should stop all contact with my mom. My husband family controlling me entirely , they treating me like ATM machine to achieve their goals and show off infront their relatives as they are too richer . I have fought a month back and staying with my mom now. now my husband's family torchuring me to return to their home and emotionally threatening me.
If you want to initiate action against your husband and his family members for torturing you and making dowry demand, you can file a domestic violence case against all those involved. Further you can initiate separate action against dowry demand. You can get back all your cash, valuables and other things from your husband's family and also compensation.

dear younger, first you have to lodge a complaint under Domestic violence Act and Dowry prohibition Act before social welfare officer of the District Collector office and request them for domestic violence enquiry under the said act. if there is any chance for reunion then try to reunion. contact me further at eight seven seven eight seven four zero five three four
