MAINTENANCE NOT GIVEN BY MY HUSBAND

MY HUSBAND ONLY PUT THE DIVORCE CASE IN 2018 AND HE IS A MARINE ENGINEER, HE IS GOING VOYAGE FOR 4 TIMES DURING THIS CASE, BUT HE IS SAYING NOT WORKING. I HAVE ONE GIRL CHILD ALSO BUT ALSO HE IS NOT GIVING ANY AMOUNT TO MY AND CHILD. WHAT I WANT TO DO..HE ONLY GIVE THE POWER TO HER FATHER FOR GOING TO VOYAGE... I AM NOT WORKING.. I AM VERY CONFUSED, HE IS MONTHLY SALARY IS 5 LAKH
You need to file a case to seek maintenance for you and your child and depending on the course of the case your husband's salary can be attached by which you will get the maintenance amount deposited directly to your bank account.
