Fake FIR in retaliation after my fir

31-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
There was a fight between my father and neighbor boy after quarrel. He attacked my father and broke his arm with iron rod, and escaped. I was inside house feeding my kids. Only after my mom crying came outside to see all this happen. Immediately took him to govt hospital and filed fir. After that that boy also filed case against us including my name wheras I was not in that situation. Now I have to travel abroad for work. Will this fir affect my job? I'm a female. That boy filed fake witnesses with money. How would I prove I wasn't involved and get out if this case? Please help. Thanks

If there is no case made out from the contents of the fir as against you then you have the option to approach the High Court to quash the fir against you. Your petition may be considered immediately by the court on account of your urgency.

Writs are a written order from the Supreme Court or High Court that commands constitutional remedies for Indian Citizens against the violation of their fundamental rights. Article 32 in the Indian Constitution deals with constitutional remedies that an Indian citizen can seek from the Supreme Court of India and High Court against the violation of his/her fundamental rights.
