Depending on whether you want to continue with your marital relationship with your husband, you can file a domestic violence case against your husband and those who have harassed and tortured you. Further you can claim for maintenance depending on your financial status and that of your husband. You can also file a police complaint.

In this matter, always think twice before doing anything. First, you need to be diced you able to resolve conflict amicable manner with your husband. If it does not work speak with the elders of the family members about your issues. if it does not work positively. Finally, approach counsel on how to step up progress legally. I have last practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
