sir, i am the victim , criminal FIR was filed in 2020 but the case was not taken so for in the court . when i checked the ecourt , it says the file fir was not charge sheeted . kindly suggest why not changesheeted.
hello sir, regarding above facts the chargesheet have to filled with limited period if not enquiry is still going on. so need not to be wait you can file petition before court to file chargesheet Or you can go for to quash fir. if anything do contact me for more details sir.
