We got a plot under sale and they said it's original. Documents are lost. But we verified patta, EC .. All are in that land owners name. But original sale deed alone is missed. But they have police complain FIR copy, paper advisement original and copy of documents.. The land owner is a lady. Her husband passed away and she has single daughter. There was a problem with her daughter and daughter said she won't sign in sale agreement. So can i buy this land?
In this matter, I would like to know if she has a Non-tracible certificate means you can further verify and get a legal opinion from the council and further put public notice (paper advisement ) of buying before if she is the absolute owner ( property bought self-earned ) no need daughter's signature (if getting daughter's signature in the witness we can avoid future litigation if any ) I have vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

they had made all the legal formalities in a good way so you can purchase the property since there is a police complaint and an affair copy and non traceable certificate and they also give an advertisement in the newspaper since all the requesties needed for the last document is full filled by the land owner
