How to cancel wife IA petition to proceed my ex parte

Hi Sir,nMy wife left me 1 year ago I applied for a judicial separation case in Tuticorin court and received an exparte decree. Now my wife applied for an IA application by mentioning that she is not well(fake reason) so cancel exparte decree.. Is there anyway can i request court to cancel my wife's IA petition and proceed with my exparte decree.
Practically no. You need to show that she was aware of the ex parte decree passed in your petition and she had been well and came before the court with unreasonable delay. It is better to contest the case on merits and then you can get the relief you wanted.
