actually in india our law says that any men or women can't marry with their cousins because they believe that they are also like your brother or sister but you can marry if he or she is your cousin you have to go far from your home because people will not live you with them if nobady knows you there is no problem but in last m saying its not legal so but Marry then that girl. if really want to get merry so change your religion then get marry with her.

You are within the meaning of prohibited relationship and as per Hindu Marriage Act the marriage between parties within the degrees of prohibited relationship is not permitted therefore it is not valid, unless the custom or usage governing each of them permits of a marriage between the two.

Hello ! As per Hindu laws, U/S 5 of HMA , one cannot marry within the same "pind" that is "SAPINDA" marriage is not permissible also marriage between prohibited relationship is not recognized in the eyes of law unless , any custom/usage permits to do so. Other than that , legally you may marry anyone without contravening the legal requirement of not being already married , having a valid consent etc . For any further detail , you may contact me.
