Gifting of property from my Cousin brother and family

Can I take gift of immovable property from my Father's own brother wife and her children where my father's brother is no more. If yes wat will be tax percentage

yes it can be gifted the immovable property of your fathers brother the stamp duty differs from state to state as in West Bengal it is 5 % till end of October then from 1st november till will be 7% some relaxation was given of 2%
