Do not give her even a single rupee as she is just trying to extract money from you, now as you have already signed the mutual agreement then you shall not worry she do not have any remedy to use against you or go and file a complaint in police station that she is doing such thing.

She might have influenced by some other people for demanding more money. It seems both of you have good understanding for getting mutual divorce. How much amount she is asking? if it is reasonable amount then go ahead and get rid off. You can contact me further guidance.

Hi
Since you have all evidences of financial settlement including video and agreement, then generally judges will be inclined to grant divorce. Even if your wife says i want more money to accede to divorce, then the judge will definitely dismiss her plea and grant you mutual consent . You just need to be alert and cautious before the judge and prove that you have complied with the terms of agreement submitted at the time of first put up(before cooling period)

You sent a notice to your wife to join your company to cohabit. Instead of joining you she filed 498-A case & also a DVC . Then you gave money and gold. You both filed Mutual Divorce Case after an agreement and you have enough proof. After cooling off period your wife is demanding more money. Whether the 498-A & DVC is withdrawn by your wife? If your wife is not willing to give you divorce on Mutual consent then you can file a petition for divorce if you have good grounds for the same. To give you good advice i need entire background of the case. Many details are missing.
