Any safe option to get a divorce when wife and family is not agreeing?

I have been married for 3 years and not happy with the marriage. It was an arrange marriage. Don't have a baby yet and marriage is also not registered. I want to get separated now and have put this forward to the family but no one is agreeing to this. The girl obviously is not willing to get divorced. On top of it now I am under pressure that if I don't oblige to the marriage and try to go ahead with my decision, then the girl's family can press false charges against my whole family and due to the Indian law being favorable for females, it is going to be a huge trouble for my family. So I feel I am bound to live like this and can't get out of this relationship even though I am not happy. What are my safest options?
