Mutual divorce and 498A case combination issues with regards to Mutua

I and my wife agreed for mutual divorce and MoU also signed and i paid settlement amount as agreed during putting the time of petitioning. Now court given Number.It is falling in Jan 2023.And she agreed to un contest for 498A case. This case is in summons level and falls in October 2022.Now my opponent Advocate asks me to come for Advance petition of mutual divorce petition. But as per our agreement balance amount will be paid after withdrawal of all cases.My question is that for 498A withdrawal, mutual divorce decree compulsory required ? And after collecting balance amount if she doesn't came for 498A i will be in fix.Some advocates are advised to go first for mutual divorce final judgement and some other advocates advising me complete 498A first. I request correct procedure
