Wife accusing me of Impotence after 4 months of marriage

04-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am 30 year old and I got married in Jan 2020 as per Hindu rituals. It was a arranged marriage. My wife behaved good with me and my family in the first 4 months of marriage. However, after that all of a sudden she started accusing me of being impotent. In these four months we met for around 20-25 days as she worked in another city and used to come to my home on weekends. We had physical relationship in these days but still she is accusing me of impotence. She told this to her family and they are asking me take medicines or treatment. I got myself medically tested with 3 different doctors and all three have told me I am perfectly fine, whereas they told your wife is creating a false issue. Me and my family have asked her family to get a medical test done but they are not ready for it also. She shouts at me and calls me a chakka over phone. I want to annul the marriage as we stayed only for 25 days together. Please let me know if this is possible? Please let me know what should I do?

hi

in this case it seems you are not impotent and the marriage has been consumated then it is not possible to annul the said marriage. if there are any other grounds for annulment then it can be possible.

it is further adviced that the divorce within one year of marriage is not permissible with some exceptions

It is quite difficult to live with such lady. You can file divorce Petition against her on the ground of mental cruelty. Also you can file defamation case against her and keep your medical reports safe with you to show that whatever allegations she made are false.
