How to prove in the court if husband is impotent

I have been marriage in 2016. But my husband is impotent. He was under the treatment but it goes in vain. Now he also loses all hope. And not taking any medicine after a year although we had sex during his treatment but not after leaving the medicine. Three years have been passed since the marriage. He got doubt on me and hide all the prescription of doctor. What should I do?
on the above mentioned query please file immediately a case under section 13A Hindu marriage act for divorce on the ground of impotency. and please annex all the medical certificates and treatment prescriptions papers along with the plaint.
