Q: What can I do if my wife is not staying with me? What if wife is not staying with husband?

Hi, I’ve been married for approximately three years and have a two-year-old son. My wife is not staying with me and keeps finding reasons to go to her father’s home, even saying she doesn’t want to live with my parents. In these three years, she hasn’t stayed with me for more than three months at a time. We’ve tried to bring her back home, but she always gives a new reason. Her father is also threatening to file a fake harassment case against me. What can I do if my wife is not staying with me? What if wife is not staying with husband?

Hi In this case you have to send notice to her for intention to cohabit and continue marital life. In case you don't want to continue marriage then you can proceed to family court for divorce proceedings.
