I have proof of all the above. They blamed me for everything, humiliated me & recorded this conversation & my apology as well. I apologised to keep the marriage but he abandoned me anyway & stopped rent & utilities.I never had access to money in the marriage & I was not working for 8+years. I asked for counselling at women's cell, but they filed a false cruelty case against me. I filed 498a & finally got date with judge but now they try to quash it as false case. How can I fight for my rights?

hi you could file petition for domestic violence against him in court and also could obtain restraining order against them and could also engage an advocate to defend on your behalf after going through the contents of affidavit
