When to file a Divorce after ex-parte decree in section 9

29-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filed section 9 in July 2021 against my my wife who left me in 2020. I married with her in 2019. Now after so many effort she is not coming back and even not appearing in court in case of section9. I would get ex-parte decree in that case. Now I am also tired and hopeless and would like to divorce her. Let me know when I can file divorce and can I make a ground of section 9 case judgment. Please suggest

You can divorce her at any time after the decision on your RCR petition. You can also withdraw and divorce under section 9. If she does not reply, its clear that she has no reason for her absence. You can therefore file a divorce against her.
