Q: Can someone explain the exact time for divorce after filing

We filed a divorce in October and we have our second date in the month of April. My lawyer say there will be 3 more hearing dates with a gap of 30-60 days and the process would complete by September. Is there anyway to obtain the divorce without any further due?nnThe court the in another state and I won't be able to travel there every month since I am a working. I had a talk with another lawyer and he claims he can finish the process with 20 days if I can take a leave from my office and provide the same in the court. Is it possible?

Q: When to file a Divorce after ex-parte decree in section 9

I have filed section 9 in July 2021 against my my wife who left me in 2020. I married with her in 2019. Now after so many effort she is not coming back and even not appearing in court in case of section9. I would get ex-parte decree in that case. Now I am also tired and hopeless and would like to divorce her. Let me know when I can file divorce and can I make a ground of section 9 case judgment. Please suggest

it's okay with you and section 9 will help you in your divorce case but u cant take ground of the as it will required two year gap after decree means 2by year of jurisdiction. seperation. so don't worry for that.u may call me for help in case required & please put a nice review if liked my reply.

Q: Marriage after first hearing of mutual divorce

Can a woman get married during the process of mutual divorce where the first motion is done by both the parties? if yes, then will happen in case the opposite party denied the second motion. ?

G legally speaking you should not get married before getting decree of divorce after second motion. if you marry then this marriage will be null and void and you could be prosecuted for bigamy. Sir my wife is having relation with other person...I have call recordings...ow she is harassing me and not ready to give mutual consent divorce...what can do for taking divorce as early as possible.
