We have requested for mediation but she is not ready to attend also, so what we have to do. In this situation she is giving reason that her father is not well so I can't come and attend at all for mediation.

your mediation gets failed and mediator submits the report of same and you wife is absent hence the mediation cannot be proceeded in the presence of single party as a result reporting as failed and returned the court file to the concerned court branch.

The mediation is providing platform for discuss and arrive the amicable settlement. In this course of session, both parties must present and discuss the issue and ressolve the issue by an agreement.
