Mediation is being order for any kind settlement between parties. It totally depends how fast both parties can sort out differences in mediation, either mediation will be successful or will fail. Moreso, divorce will happen as per statute.

The mediator is to proceed as fast as possible as it is an alternate dispute resolution system, however, if you find that there is a deliberate delay by your mediator you can apply to court which referred to either take up the matter or change the mediator and also set a time limit so that the proceedings can be completed.

Dear client, not much time will be required in mediation process and this step taken by the court to arrive at last minute settlement to prevent the divorce. If both parties agree to divorce then divorce will be granted.

Meditation or Reconciliation is a process which come during the pendency of a Matrimonial Suit. Before final Hearing or before taking Evidence the Hon'ble Court for reunion or before dissolution of Marriage try to solve the dispute in between the Husband and Wife, if they can agreed to withdraw the Divorce Case pending in between them. Nobody wants to break the Marriage. Judge are also the human being. therefore it is the duty of a Judge to send the matter first to the Mediaion or Reconciliation if there any sorts of light for reunion the marriage. And after Mediation or Reconciliation if there is no chance of reunion. Then the Judge has no hazitation to continue the Case towards final Order.
