The case being sent to mediation should not take more than a year. If you have filed under mutual grounds after one year separation before the court having jurisdiction then also the divorce proceedings should not take more than a year or year and half's time to be completed. If your mediator delays deliberately you can apply for substitution of the mediator and also get the time fixed to deliver the decree of divorce.

It depends upon the case to case, In which section u have filed the case. If filed under section 13-B of HMA then it will take six months after recording the first statement. But it filed under section 13 of HMA. it will decided after concluding the evidences of both the parties. In this case approximately 2 years is must for decide the case.

Dear client, a divorce case can go right upto the Supreme Court. Hence, no time limit can be guaranteed as to when a divorce case can come to an end. However, a mutual divorce case takes a much lesser time.

1. you shall have to stay at least separately.
2. From the date of filing the case minimum 6 months required to get a decree for divorce. But you must file the case for divorce in mutual consent. Thanks...

It takes 6 months time to get mutual divorce.it takes no time in case of mediation. If both party agree to get an order of mutual divorce by mediation...they can go in the mediation and settle their dispute.
