Suggestion before filing divorce

Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife filed 498A,406,509 case 6months before. She is a working profession (No Kids, Soft Eng, earning aprox 50% of husband salary). Chargesheet filed but trial is not yet started.
My lawyer asked them for out of settlement but she is not yet ready, asking huge money. My Laywer is asking me file divorce case under cruelty. Please suggest if it will be a correct step?
Well that's the most obvious course of action. You can also file an application for Restitution of your Conjugal Rights with your wife. Also you need to make certain complaints backing up your claims of Cruelty in the matrimonial relationship.

dear client as per query your wife has filed a criminal case against you has the chargesheet been filled or not you can apply for quashing of the case from High court so that the case gets over after that since you both are living apart file for contested divorce ..

dont file divorce if u really want to save urself there is a way out and nothing can be better than ur lawyer seems to be greedy and doesnt want to end and give you releif as a whole proper planning is very necessary
