Within 1 month of married life some issues happend regarding adultery.

Already I told before marriage to the him that is I don’t like u. I don’t even have a crush on him.But his family told me that if you quit from this marriage we will commit suicide. Then I agreed to get married with that person. But I tld him I can’t love u. Then he promised me to give divorce. With that agreement I married him. But on the first day of marriage onwards he started blaming me. In front of my family and he acted like innocent. We don’t have physical relationship too.
if both the parties agreed for dissolution of marriage before completion of one year after marriage, then the court can frant divorce or else you had to wait for an year to file petition seeking dissolution of marriage
