Please tell me the process for mutual consent divorce. How to file it.

Yes you both can file petition under mutual consent by attaching your address and marriage proof and have to show that you both are residing separately from last more than one year. Court will allow you six months date and eventually will pass order after six months. If there is urgency to move out off you can wave of cooling period of six months.

Dear for this you have to hire any divorce lawyer , if both the parties are ready for divorce then make one petition and present it before the court within 1 yr court will grant you divorce decree

The divorce process in Mumbai for different religions is governed by different marriage laws/ acts. In case of Hindus, mutual consent divorce  will be governed by Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. There must be a one year period of separation between you two before the mutual consent divorce is filed.

Parsi marriages are governed by the Parsi Marriage Act 1936. Christians and Muslims follow provisions based on their law based on their religion. The Special Marriage Act 1954, under Section 28, enables mutual consent divorce for parties of different religions. The Divorce Act 1869, Section 10A, requires a minimum separation of two years. 

Both the husband and wife will be required to file a mutual divorce petition in family court of appropriate jurisdiction.
