You can file for divorce by Mutual Consent under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. If you file Mutual Consent Divorce through Lawrato it will cost you just Rs.25000 whereas other Lawyers may charge you much more. It is hassle free and requiring your attendance in the court only twice, first when you file the Petition and last after 6 months on the day when the decree of divorce would be passed.

Time required would be 6 months if you've completed 1 year of marriage. A joint petition needs to be filed before the court fir the same. After the prescribed period of 6 months the court will comsider your petition and thereafter grant divorce.

1. Information pertaining to marriage is procured for drafting a mutual consent petition.
2. It's filed in the court and on the same day is verified.
3. You will undergo a counselling (mandatory)
3. A 6 month date is given.
4. Claim affidavit is to be filed
5. and at the end of 6th month divorce gets granted.

It is difficult to let you know about the fees structure. As it depends upon the court charges and legal charges depends on lawyer. It depends lawyer to lawyer about the charges. Approach a lawyer.
