Q: Advocate fees for Chief of the Petitioner and Cross of the Respondent

My advocate charge me Rs 3500/- for every appeareance in CRPC 125 case . Additionally, he also asks for 15000/- for Chief of the Petitioner& Rs.15000/- for Cross of the Petitioner.I think it's costly. I believe 5000 is right amount. Please guide me for reasonable amount for Chief of pet. & Cross of resp. My religion is Hindu

firstly it depends upon the advocate to advocate you can't say costlySomeone charges 5000 someone also charges 50000 so it depends you can't say a reasonable amount depends upon experience and knowledge

Q: My husband is NRI. He is not ready to live with me.....before 3 months

My husband is NRI. 3 months before he abdoned me from his house without rhyme and reason. My in laws and husband tortured me by abusing my parents,sister with below the belt comments.my husband want divorce but i don't want diborce.do please advice me.

you have to file a dv case before the magistrate court for your rights,whether it's resident right or monetary relief and you can also file a maintenance case if your husband does it as early as possible

Q: Fir quasing on compromise basis

In 420 and 66d IPC And charge sheet will submitted can I put a application for fir qusing and what chances to quasted the matter only 150k only

if the informant is willing to settle the dispute amicably then you can file a 482 crpc application before the jurisdiction highcourt There is a 100% chance that the FIR against you will be quashed so my suggestion will be you can go ahead
