1. I never demanded any dowery from my wife. Perhaps I gave money to her from before marriage. Even All marriage expenses are spent from my pocket. 2. I have MY WIFE chats and their family voice records to prove that i am innocent. so how i can prove my self innocent in court or i should go for quashing FIR.

you have only the option to go to the highcourt to challenge the order of session court and file bail application before highcourt as early as possible because highcourt is very slow for bail normal charge for bail in highcourt is 1 lakh + out of pocket expenses

Q: Quashing petitions single or petitioner wise?

Dear Sir/Madam,I would like to know with regards to quashing petitions, should they be filed as a whole for all petitioners and relief be sought from the HC?As we were suggested, that petitioner wise quashing would be easier and feasible.Hence,would like to seek your advice which option would be better and less time consuming and result oriented.
