it is better that you appear in the Mumbai court advocate and get the copy of the petition file by your husband then you submit to the petition make sure you file account claim in that petition against your husband so that he himself tells you to get the issue settled mutually in that way you will be in a better position for cliaming the relief

If you are willing to get divorce the divorce petition filed by your husband can be converted in to application for divorce by mutual consent under section 13 B of HMA. There after you may withdraw the petition of RCR from Karnataka court.

If you want to got for mutual Divorce, you have to first withdraw the RCR filed by you in Karnataka court.
The divorce petition filed by your husband is contested divorce. If you agree for it, we have to complete the entire process of conversion from contested to uncontested divorce petition.
It will be then converted into mutual Divorce and your marriage will be dissolved by consent.
For the process at Mumbai family court, you can approach me.

Well, if you are agreeing to give Divorce to your Husband, then, it will be considered as a Mutual Divorce. As your Husband has filed a Divorce Petition in Mumbai, you can present your lawyer over there and he will put your message before the Judge, that, you also want to seek Divorce and accordingly, you will be called in the Divorce Proceedings and you have to give Divorce to your Hubby before the Judge by taking an oath and have to sign on Mutual Divorce Papers before the Judge.
