Hi
PO is on EL means, the judge is on leave.
So as and when the Judge returns from leave, the case will be heard on next scheduled date of hearing.
Also, you should await summons before attending the court on next hearing.
Hope this information is useful.

In a legal context, the term "PO is on CL" or "PO is on Leave" refers to the fact that the Presiding Officer (PO) of a court or tribunal is on leave or is not available to hear cases during a particular period. This status message indicates a temporary absence of the judge or officer responsible for conducting proceedings in the court.

When the Presiding Officer is on leave, it can impact the scheduling and processing of cases in the court. Cases that were supposed to be heard during the absence of the PO may need to be rescheduled for a later date when the PO returns.
It's important for parties involved in legal proceedings to be aware of the status of the PO, as it can affect the timeline and progress of their cases. During such periods, court activities may be temporarily halted or delayed until the PO's return.

If you have a case scheduled during the period when the PO is on leave, it's advisable to check with the court administration or your legal representative for information on how your case will be handled during the absence of the Presiding Officer

The PRESIDING Officer is on a CASUAL Leave. This line indicates the judge or magistrate who is responsible for overseeing court procedures will be temporarily absent for personal reasons. During this period, the legal proceedings can be temporarily stopped, rescheduled or managed by a replacement judge.

"PO is on recess leave" refers to the fact that the Presiding Officer (PO) of the court is on a break or recess leave. Recess leave typically refers to a scheduled break or vacation period taken by the judge or magistrate assigned to the case. During this time, court proceedings, hearings, and other matters related to the case may be temporarily suspended until the Presiding Officer returns from recess leave.
