Sir.Namaskar .I m acid victim bodh raj.in year 2010 a teacher pour acid on me and my daughter.i have loss my ear and eye and the forehead and nose of my daughter got burnt .after lodging fir u_section 326'323'201'452 rpc.when accused poured acid some drops fell into his hand and forehead.and forensic doctor examine the injuries of accused and give opinion.these injuries could be possible by acid burns.and latter he says in court argument such as hot oil may be fall.how it is possible.and munsiff judge pronounced judgement in absence of my po.and he forgot the age of injury to wrote down in judgement.
Supreme Court in its landmark judgement recognised the Right of Appeal by Victim and hence you can file an appeal against the order of the lower court
