Is there any benefit to husband if with withdrawn RCR

My wife has withdrawn RCR (Section 9) petition. Is there any benefit I can take from this, like can it be considered as my wife now not willing to stay with me?

That is one inference that can be drawn from the withdrawal of the RCR case. But there may also be certain technical defects due to which she might have withdrawn the case so you cannot really say with certainty that she doesn’t want to stay with you that’s why she has withdrawn the RCR.

Yes since your wife has withdrawn the RCR that means at she be willing to divorce u so u can approach her for a mutual consent and also
File a divorce petition against her and proceed accordingly

What happens if your partner wins the RCR? You may be able to divorce your partner after 12 months if they win the RCR. You can gain the most benefit from this. The divorce document will not be affected by a detrimental order.
