Many people bought plots/flats with Ansal API in Agra. ED has attached that property against recovery for their projects in Lucknow and Gurugram. Can we protect our property rights as buyers even though builder has not registered property in our name yet though full payment has been made?

Q: Seeking advise on threat call after breaking marriage prospects

In May last year I got engaged at home. After a work trip to South Korea, the marriage was canceled and I was wrongly accused of aggression despite my efforts to resolve the issue. I repeatedly tried to contact them, even waiting outside their home. Later, my father received a lethal threat from someone claiming to be a local MLA. While I respected her decision, the threat is unacceptable. I seek guidance on filing a complaint for harassment, breach of trust, and trauma.

The circumstances under which the marriage got cancelled is unclear here in your query and needs to be specified. Cancellation of marriage at the most may result into civil action but giving threats is totally illegal. Yes you have legal remedies against the conduct of threat and harassment.

I am JWO AK JHA(Retd) from IAF, Hon"ble AFT , New Delhi has given order in favour of me to grant Disability pension in Mar 2024. However, on enquiry with DAV, PDCA & CAS,AF, they have send me a letter citing that they are planning to file a writ petition in Hon'ble Delhi High Court. Hello Mr. Jha. If that is the action they’re contemplating then you must quickly file a caveat before the high court. The other option that you have is to wait for them filing the writ. But if they’re just trying to delay the matter by citing such reasons, you can keep siting on their heads.

Q: Mental harassment due to tenant neither paying rent nor leaving the pr

I am a 93 year old Man and I with my son bought a property in Dwarka some time ago. After my son and his wife passed away a few years ago, the property was transferred to my grandson’s name who lives with me. My grandson had rented the property to a tenant who is neither giving us the rent nor he is willing to leave the property. It has been going on for the past 4 months which has created and I feel mentally harassed and tortured. What to do now?

You need to firstly tell as to what is the rent that you’re charging. Secondly, if the tenant is not vacating then you can get him evicted as per legal process and also claim the arrears of rent from him.
