Dear, Mam/ sir, i need a consultation

i got married since 2022, before the marriage i got the surgery in my abdomen, my husband, and his family knows about this, during the marriage period their family teasing me with that operation, later when i entered the house my father in law send me out from his house, me and my husband stays in the rental house, recently i found something in his phone that he's sharing every intimate things to his friend over a phone call, and husband telling he's going to torchers me here after.

everyone is expected to leave a decent matrimonial life between the husband and wife if there is any hindrance or any cruelty in the name of the incident or if they are sharing vichar very private and personal to the third party it definitely false under the ground of cruelty so it is chance for you whether to continue in the matrimonial home by solving these problems she cannot solve this problem then you can proceed to put an end to the matrimonial tie up
