False accusations in RCR petition filed by wife

My wife filed a false RCR with complaints that I pushed her to the floor, my family asked for dowry, me and my family inflicted all types of cruelty because of which she left the matrimonial home. And she still wants to continue the relationship, but I don't want to.
1. Can this complaint be considered as DV, Dowry case? Can such accusations be made directly in court in an RCR or complaint has to be made in the police station first ?
2. Can I file a defamation case against her and her family given I have proofs to prove this is a false case
1. Hello this story cannot be used for RCR because it is total contradictory story and ground to restore RCR. But yes this story can be used for filing DV against you. In RCR such accusation doesn't stand anywhere. She is supposed to file complaint at police station.
