How long will it take ex parte RCR order to execute

Husband filed Divorce in his native place. I filed RCR in the court of my city. I have been awarded exparte RCR decree in my favour from the court of my city. I have submitted certified copy of RCR Decree in court and asked for dismissal of his Divorce petition. it is possible?
No court can compel a person to live with his spouse. However, if a spouse refuses to rejoin the company even after an order under section 9, then the decree holder has a good ground for seeking divorce after one year of the decree. Also the case of the decree holder will become strong for seeking maintenance.
