I wanna file for divorce and need to know more about the legal terms.

I wanna apply for divorce and wanna know about the legal terms regarding the same. I need to know how to move further legally.

Divorce can be filed by without contesting by filing mutual if it is contested v can go for divorce under cruelty and other grounds . Before filing v shall know how many years of marriage and what is the issue in marital life

Need more details to advice you. However if it is mutual consent divorce you both can apply together and after necessary produce (which have to be explained in detail in person). Or if it is one sided then you will have to send a legal notice and then file for divorce before the court. For you to know it in detail please contact me.

Divorce if any couple file in court underbthe hindu you can falow the hindumsriage act or you are Muslim or Christian you should fallow the special marriage Act. court is asking the required documents if any religion marriage proofs is impordent like wedding photos wedding card if marriage registered marriage certificate is nessary and adress oroff if the both partyes

knowing legal terms is not a necessity for applying for divorce, which work will be taken up by your advocate, when it is not a mutual consent divorce your concern should be that you should be able to find the proper grounds of divorce permitted by law.
