i and my children were threatened by my husband on 12 march and also we were kicked out. he still brings his GF who is also married I want a divorce and get a divorce settlement amount what shall i do i have enough proof to prove him guilty. hindu religion

You must urgently contact an advocate and file police complaint against your husband. Further you can file a maintenance case and a divorce case against your husband. You can claim for interim maintenance amt from husband in the divorce and Domestic violence cases, which you may get through order during when your case is going on. You can seek a Divorce from him on the ground of Adultery by filing a Unilateral Divorce Petition in the concerned Family Court..On proving Adultery of your Husband, you will get Divorce from your Husband in Court.
