Need more details to advice you. However if it is mutual consent divorce you both can apply together and after necessary produce (which have to be explained in detail in person). Advocate Reshma S M answered
Dear ma’am,If it is self acquired property of your father and if he has transferred it to you then it is valid. However it is subject to what judgment says. If that judgment has come before the transfer then it will be contempt of court. If that judgment has come after the transfer then not to worry.
Q: Have Got an NBW in Cheque Bounce Case.
Can I cancel the warrant through counsel? Is it possible? I am staying in other state & not able to be present on the date
Advocate Reshma S M answered
Sir you will have to either appear in person or through counsel before the jurisdictional court on the day mentioned in the summons. Due to unavoidable circumstances if you are unable to appear before the court you will have to appoint a counsel and if NBW is already issued you will have to first recall the NBW and apply for bail for which your presence is necessary.
