Q: property transfered in my brother name without my notice
My mother had one property in Bangalore, without coming to my notice it has been changed to my brother name i want to put a case on this and stop the constructions can u help me on this.

Sure if your mother is alive in the sense you can’t file the case if it is self acquiredFurther if she s not with you , you can file suit for declaration , cancellation of sale deed and injunction suit for stoppage of construction

We had a notarised sale agreement which got expired on 18/sept/2024. The seller had taken time till 18/sept/2024 but he failed to provide the documentation. Now he is not returning the 5lakh advance amount also he is not agreeing to register the property as well. Will he be able to sell this property legally to other person without intimating/ Canceling the notarised sale agreement which got expired?.

Kindly issue legal notice for not fulfilling the condition specified in agreement and legally you can approach the court to execute the agreement and file case under specific performance of contract. Within stipulated time you have to do all the procedure if not limitation clause will be barred

Hi kindly specify the type of divorce you want to file before the court , like contested divorce which means like cruelty, harassment and on other grounds we do apply the divorce . The 2nd type is like mutual divorce where both the parties agrees to file divorce on mutual terms and the process would take hardly a month

What ever may be the case stage take NOC from your advocate and give it to new advocate who can take up the case madam..kindly explain him that your not satisfied with the work and later you can file NOC vakalath in the same court but with change of advocate..
