I have married on 2022 to 2 yrs younger guy he is 32 am 34 age i was pregnant before marriage. Now i have girl baby now again am 5 months pregnant. Every since i married mother inlaw and all 4 sister inlaw full tortured me by words and not providing proper food and shelter. Day by day they were demanding dowry torture. They keep asking money and jewelery.

We have stayed for 4 months after which My wife has filed above sections on me & my parents . I received 41 notice. I want to go for fir quashing at high court .there is no specific instance and proof...all vague allegations...is there any time limit for fir quashing ?

Hi mam we have to file mutual petition under section 13 B of Hindu marriage act after filing both the parties need to appear before where the concerned court refer for mediation meanwhile v would argue waiver application to waive off cooling period , further need to attend for mediation and in mediation agreement will be executed and the same report will be sent to court on the same day both the parties need to appear before court and sign in order sheet that will be the end of mutual divorce
