Transfer of Divorce Case from Rewa to Lucknow

Need to know whether I can file a transfer petition in Luckow High Court to transfer divorce case from Rewa MP to Lucknow UP as my mother is staying alone in lucnow and not well. Please guide

As you have written that you want to transfer your case from Rewa Madhya Pradesh to Lucknow which is your divorce case, then I want to tell you that if any case from one state to another stateIf you want to transfer your case from Rewa Madhya Pradesh to Lucknow, then for that you will have to file a petition in New Delhi Supreme Court, only then your case will be transferred from Rewa to Lucknow, otherwise not

If you need to transfer divorce case from Madhya Pradesh to Uttar Pradesh then you have to file a transfer petition in Supreme Court. For more details you may contact us. Thanks and Regards

Hello, This is the matter of two states Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh therefore transfer petition shall be filed in Supreme Court. High court have no power to transfer it For more detail contact me Ranjeet Sonker Advocate

You need to file Transfer Petition before Hon'ble apex Court in order to transfer inter state cases and as such you need to file a transfer petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court. we will you in the matter .

I have read over the problem. Don’t worry.  Your case will be transferred only on the order of Honble High Court but at the vary first you will clear us that you are resident of LUCKNOW or Reewa MP.  If you are resident of Lucknow then it will be possible to us to file the transfer case before the Honble High Court Lucknow.  the matter.  Please note that if you are resident of Lucknow  and having any proof, then you will collect the certified of care and order if any from Court of Reewa, MP and provide us for preparation of writ petition.
