Husband's Legal action on wife's parents

18-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, My wife has relocated to another city from marital home for work. Though She moved without my consent, I thought she would get back after few months to visit me now and then till she finds a job or gets transfer back to the place where i live. But she has not shown great interest to moving back again nor she responds to my calls or messages properly. My wife's parents are supporting her as much as they can and they know what my wife's actual intentions are. 1) Can i take legal action on her parent's? 2) what kind of legal action i can take on a) my wife b) her parents

First of all, you cannot take legal action against the parents of your wife simply for the reason that they support her. The parents are not at fault. In your case, you need to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights to ask your wife to come and live with you.
