My wife is missing, what action can be taken to make complaint?

Hi, yesterday I mean Aug 5th 2017 my wife left my home without giving the information to us. We tried searching her but no luck. Informed her family and they are also planing a game I guess. If I call her dad and her mom they says that I don't no, she dint come her, please note : Her family members are really very cool. So I think they are hiding with me. What should I do now. Please advice me .

Yes. A wife can pursue maintenance claims under multiple laws such as the Domestic Violence Act (DV Act), Section 125 of the CrPC, and the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act (HAMA)at the same time. However, she cannot receive double maintenance for the same period from different courts. When granting maintenance, courts will account for any previous orders to avoid duplication of benefits.

Punishment for engaging a trafficked person in sexual exploitation
Anyone who knowingly, or having reason to believe, that a person has been trafficked and engages such person for sexual exploitation in any manner, shall face rigorous imprisonment of not less than three years, which may extend up to seven years, and shall also be liable to pay a fine.

How to report a missing person?
To report a missing person, immediately contact the local police station and provide:

  • The person's name, age, and physical description

  • Photographs, if available

  • Last known location and circumstances of disappearance

Prompt reporting is crucial to improve the chances of tracing the missing person quickly.

Sir immediately take her photos and file a missing complaint in the police station and state in the complaint , her full name, age, residential address, what she was wearing from when, from where and from what time she is missing, further also narrate where all you searched, whom all you approached what they replied, if you further delay you will be at fault for not reporting the complaint.

Before should file the missing complaint ..if there any family problems need do take advice from advocates ..are any medications you can get a proper solution before that must and should give missing complaint into your area

You can file a missing complaint with the police. If she is still not found, you can file the habeus corpus application before the high court or search of illegally confined persons under criminal procedure code by moving application before the magistrate.

If you are not reachable her through phone or social media. Immediately lodge missing complaint at your jurisdictional police station by taking her one photo. Meanwhile search her at her friends place and relatives house if you think she can be traceable there.
