IMy father and mother in law continuously torturing me by making comments and not paying the daily expenses he demands for dowry also when I got married in 2010 and from that year my husband not behaving with me in a right way because of the influence of his mother kindly suggest me what can I do to solve this problem because I have a son also

on the above mentioned query please clear that where are you residing at present. if you are residing with your husband and in-laws, then there is a problem arises when you take legal steps like domestic violence and dowry demand, because when the notice served on your husband and in-laws then they may bullying you and create issue with your child.but if you residing seperate from your husband and in-laws then you have to file a complaint against your husband and in-laws under dowry demand and domestic violence and a case against your husband for maintenance.

After death of my husband on 4.12.25 my Mother in law has forcefully taken two properties as gift deed. I have a minor daughter also. Can I file for the cancelation of the gift deed of those two properties.

on the above mentioned query, the legal opinion is yes, you have to file cancellation of gift under specific relief act. and also you have to file a complaint against your in-laws under forgery and domestic violence on the ground of forcefully activities against you.

on the above mentioned query please clear first that your property covered under haritage property or classified under ARCHEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA. if yes, so, the demolition order is infructuous. if no, so, you have to file objection before the prescribed authority, who sent you notice for demolition

on the above mentioned query please verify the contents of your version with the file, first. then you have to engage any other advocate, who expert in civil stream. after filling his vakalatnama, he recalls the ameen report expeditiously. such as your case in on track. and thereafter you have to file complaint against your first lawyer, who made fraud against you.

I was married on 7 april 2025 to my boyfriend. My husband is unemployed however i earn 50k rupees . My husband is a phd scholar and gets JRF of 42k per month.He is forcing me for divorce from past 4 months.He calls me and abuses me tortures me on call and says that he wants divorce.What should I do.My father is not supporting me.After divorce i have no home or family to live in.
