My wife has abandoned me for the past year and a half. We also have a daughter child, but she refuses to let me see her. She made it clear that I would have to leave my parents and move in with her. She's also threatening me with DV and fake 498a.
Before we married, his father sent 3 lakhs in my bank account to help me buy furniture.
I went to my local lawyer, who advised me to submit talaq e ahsan. He told me that if I file the talaq e ahsan, her 498a and DV case will become very weak.
Is this correct?
if you think that in future your wife is going to file for DV act and fake 498A then it's better you first file a case of mental torture and harassment against her then file for talaq e ahsan so that everything will be in your favour...

yes, and talak e Hassen means you should file divorce in muslim law, that should be one sided divorce, where she don't even know about this, please have a check that she is taking of other advocates or not, cause if she is taking this, then you should spent a lot of money to have bail.
