Wife not coming back home lied to parents what to do

I get married on 19jan2017. My wife only live for 18 days from marriage date to today. She always used to lie about me to her parents. Last month she gone to her home for celebrating holi festival and don't want to come back to me. Her father is also supporting her because of the lies she told about me. They are serious superstitious persons. My parents and me always used to call her parents to get her back but her father always used to refuse it. Due to some reason I don't want to go to her parents home. She can do anything for her parents and can lie anything about me. Pls give me a soln.
First you had enquire why your wife don't want to return is there some valid reason or otherwise .
If the reasons are conclusive and need remedy then you had to short out that on personal level through consensus if it's not then you could approach court for restitution of conjugal rights !Please provide me details for further advice .

You not tel which religion you belong. If you Hindu than you can go there your wife father house and tell him all the situations. Hopefully they can understand. If they not send your wife with you than you can file a petition in the court in section 9 of Hindu marriage act. For more information you can call me.

Yes... firstly.. if your wife is illegally detained by her parents then you can come high court directly by filling habeas corpus writ petition under article 226 of the constitution of india. Secondly that you can file restitution of conjugal rights in lower court of your district.
