Divorce by Mutual Consent Divorce|Delhi|Virtual Hearing

31-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I recently filed a 13B petition after my wife agreed to divorce with zero alimony. What questions do the judges ask in the first hearing of mutual consent divorce in the family court of Karkardooma, Delhi? Please share some questions with their answers so that the first hearing can be completed without any issues. Like, a question comes again and again in my mind that honorable judge will definitely ask us why we want to get divorced, and I know the answer to that but still, I want an answer from you which help me to get our first motion cleared without any issues. She has filed several cases against me, which she has lost in the trial and appellate court, and now wants to divorce by mutual consent. I never thought that I would have to see the police station and then go through a divorce. It is very painful for me but now there is no other option left.

There will be a joint statement of both of you declaring that you want to go for mutual divorce. You also need to quash the FIR u/s 498a in the HC. Mutual divorce is the quickest way and after 6 months or even before it after filing a waiver application you can live your life. If you want any other legal assistance I am just a call away.
