Over speeding traffic notice issued by delhi traffic department

22-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir/ mam , On March 31 2020 a notice was issued to me by delhi traffic department for over speeding case, and it was written that challan to be remit at court. But due to this corona pendemic everything was lockdown so couldn't go to Delhi and that matter still open. Now I want to resolve it but on delhi traffic police website it shows... Matter to be sent to virtual court for adjudication and status is pending in court. When I checked virtual court website for delhi I couldn't not find the entry for my case. What should I do now. I want to dispose the matter .

You will get a message from the traffic police that your challan has been forward to virtual court. In the very same message you will find a link for online payment of your challan.
You can dispose off the same by paying from there.
Check that message.

You have to get the details of your case ascertained. Once they are ascertained, then you can contact the PS of the court to list your matter and get your hearing done virtually. If nit possible for you, engage an advocate. He will do all for you and get your case settled.
