Q: Is Summon served on my advocate a valid service of Summons.

We two colleagues used to work for same company and had bitter dispute. I left company. My colleague he file Civil suit which is ongoing. He did not meet with success so now he file false private Criminal complaint. Can he serve Summons on my advocate who is appearing for me in Civil matter and is that summons valid.

Q: Dealer not giving me money I have filed a notice .Now what should i do

My dealer paid me the last payment with cheques and got his registration done . After that when I gave cheques to bank it got bounced ,and now dealer is not giving me money .I have also sent a notice .Now should I file a fir in Delhi or Uttar Pradesh ,as I live in Delhi but registration was done in Uttar Pradesh and dealer also lives in up.What’s the best to do to get my money ?

As the cheque has been bounced the you shall send him the demand notice for the same within 30 days from the date of dishonour of the cheque, stating him to revert the money within 15days. Q: Address change or correction in property paper

In 1992 year, we bought property in east Delhi in which I am living with my family. In 1992 there was no address to any property on my street,so only khasra number is mentioned in property paper. In 1992 later, we copied and applied neighbor address for our address for all purposes from electricity to aadhar card. But now because of same address we face issues. How can I get my real address and how can I document it in property paper. Where should I go, And how much it will cost?

Q: After First Motion other party is not willing to withdraw cases

As per MoU, once the first motion is completed the other party has to withdraw execution and DV case. But they have not withdrawn the cases and also their statement is recorded in the order that they are not willing to withdraw cases. Now, can the first party claim the amount paid in first motion back ?exact wordings are as below:if the Second party commits any default or breach the terms of the present MOU she would return the already paid amount to the First Party.

In such a scenario as above-stated by you, you can file a contempt petition in the court of law, as the other party is denying to abide by the terms of MoU.
